Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue E. Taylor, an American stage actress and producer, is known for playing in the film Ray Undercover Brother as well as on The Mentalist. She holds a BA in African-American Studies from Brown University and an MFA in Acting from the Tisch School of Arts New York University. Aunjanue l. Ellis is the American producer and actress who has performed in theatre as well as television and film productions also, has been active in both the film and theater screen. Her career began with theater, and was later featured in numerous shows on television as well as independent and mainstream films. She rose to fame as Miranda Shaw in ABC's Quantico in addition to appearing in BET's epic show The Book of Negroes.
